Far East invitation

Kuźnia Smaków restaurant will take us to the home of sushi.

This weekend, like any othwer weekend for that matter, Kuźnia Smaków restaurant invites us to take a culinary journey with them. But this time it will be quite a trip, since we are going to all the way to Japan. From friday (08.08) till sunday (11.08) the restaurant will be serving japanese specialities. Here are a few dishes that you will be able to try:

Starter: Ura maki sushi;
Soup: Miso-Mushi (bean soup);
Mail courses: Yakitori (chicken schaschlik with jasmine rice and wegetables or salmon schaschlik and soy pasta with shrimps;
Dessert: Mango fruit mousse.
