Next culinary workshop in AncoraThe next culinary workshop in the Ancora restaurant will be devoted entirely to pierogies. On the 9th of February (Monday) at 10:30 a.m. the next culinary workshop will begin - this has become a regular event in the repertoire of the Ancora restaurant. This time the chef, Adam Chrzastkowski, will reveal some of his secrets concerning pierogies and dumplings. The delicacies which will land in the pots and pans of the chef will be not only typically Polish pierogies, but also Russian pielmieni, Italian ravioli, Chinese dim sum dumplings, Vietnamese spring rolls, South-American empanadas or Indian samos.If you are interested in getting to know the secrets of doughs and stuffings, and the compositions of wines which go well with dumplings, feel free to contact the Ancora restaurant; the participation costs 200zł per person.
